[NSS_18TrainDepot2] Caption: Many people use the Trans-Siberian Railroad to transport consumer goods not readily available any other way. This woman hawks her wares from the window of the Valdivostok-Ulan Bator train while on a 15 minute stop at the town of Slyudyanka on the shore of Lake Baikal. The items are purchased cheaply at the Pacific seaport of Vladivostok, are carried on the train and then sold either en route in Siberia or Mongolia.
