Trans-Siberian Railroad trip across Russia

At each stop along the entire 6224 miles of the Tans- Siberian Railroad, local entrepreneurs line the station platforms and sell food to the passengers. Bread, cheese, fresh smoked fish, milk, potato dumplings and cooked meats are amoung the items available for the intrepid travler who find the restaurant car fare to be inadequate.
